If you have not been to one of my classes and choose to try what you see on your own responsibility then please learn to take care of yourself, do not do anything painful, move in a soft relaxed way and pay attention to good relaxed upright posture.
In addition to regular classes – see below – we offer individual or small group coaching for existing students of Tai Chi or for practitioners from other areas, e.g. golf, who wish to learn Tai Chi principles in order to improve their own practice. Contact us for further information.
